WOMEN RISING

As Head of Publicity & Partnerships, I spearheaded the PR campaign for #1 TEDWomen Event of 2013, TEDxAustinWomen, working alongside the United Nations Foundation. Women Rising also produced the award-winning documentary, "A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velasquez Story," of which I was a Producer and Head of Publicity. As part of the feature film's campaign, I helped produce our "High Road Movement" campaign as well as the “I’m with Lizzie” Influencers Against Bullying Campaign featuring Chris Hemsworth, America Ferrera, the World Champion Golden State Warriors, Kylie Jenner, Zachary Quinto, Kristen Bell, Hilary Duff and Sara Bareilles among others.

Following the success of “A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velasquez Story” I re-teamed with Women Rising on ProtectHer, a first-of-its-kind sexual assault prevention program and served as Associate Producer on the docu-series.

The third time I teamed with Women Rising Productions it was for the 2018 United State of Women Summit where Former First Lady Michelle Obama was the keynote speaker. Brought on to help raise awareness of the event, I served as a Strategy and PR Consultant and secured press in addition to facilitating introductions to thought leaders and key influencers.
