HARNESS

Founded by America Ferrera, Ryan Williams, and Wilmer Valderrama, HARNESS is a community that aims to amplify the voices of social justice leaders and activists.  In my role as the Communications & Strategy Officer, from the organization’s inception through its first two years, I oversaw PR efforts, while working closely with the Founders on the organization's overall strategic partnerships with non-profits, communities and celebrity influencers. Some of our partners have included NeueHouse, Hearst Media, Twitter, Katy Perry and NBC, from which Harness inspired the showcase of a Sikh Muslim character on the network's top-rated show "This is Us."
