HARNESS

Founded by America Ferrera, Ryan Williams, and Wilmer Valderrama, HARNESS is a community that aims to amplify the voices of social justice leaders and activists.  In my role as the Communications & Strategy Officer, from the organization’s inception through its first two years, I oversaw PR efforts, while working closely with the Founders on overall strategic partnerships. Some of our partners have included NeueHouse, Hearst Media, Twitter, Katy Perry and NBC, from which Harness inspired the showcase of a Sikh Muslim character on the network's top-rated show "This is Us." Since 2024, I have served on the organization’s Advisory Board.
